Cause . . . . . : The user profile that has requested to move or rename file &1 in library &2 to file &3 in library &4 does not have the correct authority for this operation. Because an authority holder secures either file &1 or file &3, the required authorities for this operation are as follows:
-- If the file is a physical file, the user profile that requested the operation needs *ALL authority to both the file and the authority holder.
-- If the file is a logical file, the user profile that requested the operation needs *OBJEXIST, *OBJMGT, and *OBJOPR authority to the file and needs *ALL authority to the authority holder.
Recovery . . . : Get the necessary authority from either the security officer or the owner of the authority holder. Then try the request again.
