Member &3 not added to file &1 in &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Member &3 was being added to file &1 in library &2. However, member &3 was not added to file &1 because a system object that is related to file &1 would have been too large. The size of the system objects is affected by the record size, the amount of mapping, and the access path attributes. If the member is a keyed logical member, the problem may be that too many records are contained in the based-on physical members.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- Change the data description specifications. Delete and create the file again. Then add the member again.
-- Try the request again when the physical member or members are not in use.
-- Remove records from the physical members and then try the request again.
