Select/omit statement &3 not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A file was being created by your job. However, the file was not created because select/omit statement &3 is either not a valid type, or an AND is the first statement for the record format, or the statement is an AND ALL statement.
Recovery . . . : No recovery. Report the problem (ANZPRB command).
