File &1 in &2 not moved or renamed by recovery.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Data base file recovery was trying to complete the move or renaming of file &1 in library &2 to file &3 in library &4, but the move or renaming was not successful. Recovery for the file was necessary because an operation was being done against the file when a previous job was interrupted.
Recovery . . . : See the job log for any previously listed messages. If the failure was due to an error in changing the based-on file information in any Structured Query Language views that may be based over this file, follow the recovery given in these messages. For additional information about Structured Query Language views, see the DB2 for IBM i SQL Reference topic collection in the Database category in the IBM i Information Center book, http://www.ibm.com/systems/i/infocenter/.
Otherwise, there is no recovery. Report the problem (ANZPRB command).
