Recovery of file &1 in &2 not successful.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Data base recovery did not complete either the grant recovery, or the revoke authority recovery, or the transfer file ownership recovery for file &1 in library &2. Recovery for the file was necessary because an operation was being done against the file when a previous job was interrupted.
Recovery . . . : No recovery. Report the problem (ANZPRB command).
