Not enough storage to add member &3 to file &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The requested operation was not done for file &1 in library &2 because the owner of the file does not have enough storage assigned to allow member &3 to be added to the file.
Recovery . . . : Either have the security officer change the amount of storage assigned to the file owner (MAXSTG parameter on the CHGUSRPRF command), or request that a new owner be assigned to the file. Then try your request again.
