Physical file constraint recovery not successful.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Database recovery did not complete either the add physical file constraint recovery, or the remove physical file constraint recovery for file &1 in library &2, with constraint name &3. Recovery for the constraint was necessary because an operation was being done against the file when a previous job was interrupted.
Recovery . . . : No recovery. Report the problem (ANZPRB command).
