An error occurred while accessing a system cross reference file.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An attempt was made to retrieve referential constraint dependent file information for file &1 in library &2 for member &3. However, the operation was not done for reason code &4. See the low level messages previously listed to locate the cause. The reason codes are:
1 - While accessing information from the system cross reference file, an error occurred in the cross reference file.
2 - The information from the system cross reference file could not be retrieved.
Recovery . . . : Do the following for the specified reason code:
1 - Reclaim storage (RCLSTG SELECT(*DBXREF)) to update the system cross reference files, and try the request again at a later time.
2 - IPL the machine to correct the error.
