DataLink file, or SQL temporary table error, reason code &3.

Cause . . . . . : Function requested for file &1 in library &2 did not complete successfully because of errors. The reason code is &3. The reason codes and their meanings are as follows:
01 - Move Object (MOVOBJ) is not allowed for a file containing file link control datalink columns.
02 - Rename Object(RNMOBJ OBJTYPE(*LIB)) for a library is not allowed for a library which contains files that have file link control datalink columns.
03 - Grant Prefix Authority (GRTPFXAUT) or Revoke Prefix Authority (RVKPFXAUT) is not allowed for a user profile that does not exist.
04 - Grant Prefix Authority (GRTPFXAUT) or Revoke Prefix Authority (RVKPFXAUT) is not allowed for a prefix that does not exist.
05 - Grant Prefix Authority (GRTPFXAUT) or Revoke Prefix Authority (RVKPFXAUT) is not allowed before the DataLink File Manager (DLFM) has been initialized.
06 - SQL temporary tables cannot be moved (MOVOBJ), or have triggers added (ADDPFTRG).
Recovery . . . :
01 - Specify a file which does not contain any datalink columns having the file link control attribute.
02 - Specify a library which does not contain any files having datalink columns with the file link control attribute.
03 - Specify a user profile that exists on the system.
04 - Specify a prefix that has already been added to the DataLink File Manager (DLFM) using the Add Prefix to DLFM (ADDPFXDLFM) command.
05 - Issue the Initialize DLFM (INZDLFM) command prior to using GRTPFXAUT or RVKPFXAUT.
06 - No recovery, the operation is not allowed.
