Message : CPF32D1
System file &1 in library &2 was deleted.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : File &1 in library &2 was deleted because it was damaged. The system will attempt to recreate this file, or it will be recreated during install. All of the files that were based on file &1 in library &2 were deleted by the system.
Special considerations for system cross-reference files: QADBXREF, QADBFDEP, QADBIFLD, QADBKFLD, QADBFCST, QADBCCST, QADBXTRIGB, QADBXTRIGC QADBXTRIGD, QADBXSFLD, QADBPKG, or QADBXMQT.
If one of these cross-reference files was deleted, then the system cross reference files are no longer up to date. When the system cross reference files are not up to date, the SQL catalogs are also not up to date. In addition, the system may prevent database operations that use SQL names, constraints, and triggers from completing.
Recovery . . . :
The system will attempt to recreate the file.

If the file deleted was one of QADBXREF, QADBFDEP, QADBIFLD, QADBKFLD, QADBFCST, QADBCCST, QADBXTRIGB, QADBXTRIGC QADBXTRIGD, QADBXSFLD, QADBPKG, or QADBXMQT, then the system cross-reference needs recovery. Use the reclaim storage command to recover (RCLSTG SELECT(*DBXREF)). If the library for the deleted file is on an Independent ASP, then the ASPDEV parameter must also be specified on the RCLSTG command.

If the file deleted was QADBXRDBD, then perform an install from your most recent save system (SAVSYS command) in order to recovery QADBXRDBD's data.

For all other system files, restore the most recent version of the file from your latest backup to recover any lost data.
