System file &1 in &2 cannot be deleted.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : File &1 in library &2 is damaged. The system cross reference program cannot delete file &1 in library &2 because either the file is open or there is at least one open file that is based on file &1 in library &2. The system will wait, and then try to delete the file again. The cross reference files will not be updated until the damaged file can be deleted. When the system cross reference files cannot be updated, the system may not allow data dictionary definitions to be changed or deleted, the system may not allow data dictionaries to be deleted, and SQL catalogs may not be up to date.
Recovery . . . : Determine which jobs have the file open (WRKOBJLCK command). Determine which files are based on file &1 in library &2 (DSPDBR command). Close file &1 in library &2 and close the open files that are based on file &1 in library &2.
