System file &1 in &2 was not created.
Message Long Text :
Cause . . . . . : The system cross reference program attempted to create file &1 because the file was not found on the system. However, file &1 in library &2 was not created because of a system error. The error code is &3. The error codes have the following meanings:
1. There was an error when the file was created.
2. The data required to create the file is not available.
The system cross reference files may not be updated until the file can be created again. When the system cross reference files cannot be updated, the system may not allow data dictionary definitions to be changed or deleted, the system may not allow data dictionaries to be deleted, and SQL catalogs may not be up to date.
Recovery . . . : Do the following:
1. Display the QDBSRVXR job log (DSPJOBLOG command).
2. Report any messages that can be used to identify the problem.
3. If the name of the file is either QADBXRDBD or QADBXRMTNM then restore this file from your most recent backup. Otherwise, install the operating system again to restore the file onto the system. For more information about installing the operating system, see the Backup and Recovery Guide, SC41-8079.
