Value returned from the rename exit program is not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The value returned from the rename exit program to the QDBRPLAY API was not valid. The error code is &1. The meanings of the error codes are:
1 - The library name length is not valid.
2 - The object name length is not valid.
3 - A data dictionary name must match the library name.
4 - A user-defined type or user-defined function must not be renamed.
5 - A library name for a constraint must be the same as the library name for the owning file.
Recovery . . . : Change the rename exit program to return valid object names, object name lengths, library names, and library name lengths and try the request again.
