Output queue &1 in library &2 assigned to another writer.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The output queue is assigned to another writer. Either the writer is a different type than the one being started, or the number of writers started to the output queue has exceeded its limit of 10.
Recovery . . . : Use the WRKOUTQ command with OUTQ(*ALL) specified or the WRKWTR command with WTR(*ALL) specified to display which writer is active to the output queue. Then, either use the OUTQ parameter to correct the output queue name or use the ENDWTR command to end the existing writer.
