File &1 number &8 attributes not changed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The attributes of file &1 number &8 in job &5/&4/&3 created on system &12 on &13 were not changed. See the previously listed messages to determine why the file attributes were not changed.
Recovery . . . : Use the WRKJOB command to display the files in job &5/&4/&3. Use the WRKSPLFA command to display the attributes of file &1 number &8. Correct any errors and try the command again.
