Spooled file create time is not blank.

Cause . . . . . : One of the following occurred:
--The special value *INT is being used for the spooled file name, but the spooled file create time is not blank.
--The special value *ONLY or *LAST is being used for the spooled file create date, but the spooled file create time is not blank.
Recovery . . . : Change the spooled file create time to blanks. Then, try the request again.
