Job &5/&4/&3 not found.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The job could not be found in the system for one of the following reasons:
1) The job name is incorrect;
2) The job has completed;
3) The job is being read by a reader or a submit jobs function. Jobs that are being read by a reader or a submit jobs function will eventually be put on a job queue at which time they can be found in the system.
Recovery . . . : Correct the job name. If the specified job name is correct and the job has completed, then remove the command. If the specified job name is correct but the job is being read by a reader or a submit jobs function, try the command again.
