Not found or not authorized to driver exit program &1 in library &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Either the driver exit program was not found or the user did not have the correct authority to the driver exit program &1 in library &2.
Recovery . . . : Obtain the correct authority from the security officer or the owner of the driver exit program &1 in library &2. Or if the driver exit program &1 in library &2 cannot be found, use the command CHGOUTQ and change the driver exit program specified in output queue &3 in library &4 and try the request again.
