Internal spool control file not accessible.

Cause . . . . . : One of the internal spool control files was not accessible. If the output queue being used was in a library in the system auxiliary storage pool (ASP) or a user ASP, spooling may not be available to output queues in libraries in the system ASP or a user ASP. If the output queue being used was in a library in an ASP group, spooling may not be available to output queues in libraries in that ASP group.
Recovery . . . : Try the request again. If the failure continues and the output queue being used is in a library in an ASP group, vary the ASP group off and then back on. If the output queue is in a library in the system ASP or a user ASP, a system IPL may need to be done. If the problem persists, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
