File &1 number &5 was not completely processed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : File &1 number &5 job &4/&3/&2 created on system &7 on &14 in output queue &9 in &10 was not added, updated or removed from the spool control file. The reason code is &8.
1 - The spooled file was not added to the spool control file because the &13/&12/&11 system job did not respond in time.
2 - The spooled file was not updated in the spool control file because the &13/&12/&11 system job did not respond in time.
3 - The spooled file was not removed from the spool control file because the &13/&12/&11 system job did not respond in time.
Recovery . . . : Check the &13/&12/&11 system job. If the job has already ended or is currently ending, an IPL or vary off of the Independent ASP may be necessary. If the job is still active, follow the recovery specified for reason code &8 below:
1 - Use the Start Spool Reclaim command (STRSPLRCL) command with the output queue (OUTQ) parameter set to *ALL/*ALL.
2,3 - Use the Start Spool Reclaim command (STRSPLRCL) command with the output queue (OUTQ) parameter set to &10/&9.
