Output queue &1 in library &2 is not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The values specified for the target output queue and output queue library are not a valid combination. The output queue name must be a valid name or have a special value of *SAME. When the output queue name is given, the output queue library must be specified. When the output name of *SAME is given, the output queue library must be blank.
Recovery . . . : Correct the output queue name, and try the request again.
