Spooled file handle not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The value &1 specified for the spooled file handle parameter of an Application Program Interface (API) is not valid. The spooled file handle parameter must have a value that is associated with a spooled file which has been opened by an API.
Recovery . . . : Use an API to open or create the spooled file handle and try the request again.
