Requested number of buffers not returned.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An Application Program Interface (API) has processed all available buffers for an opened spooled file. The number of buffers requested exceeds the number of buffers available.
Recovery . . . : To read additional buffers, do one of the following and try the request again.
- Wait for the file to close.
- Wait for additional buffers to be written.
- Specify a value of *WAIT for the end of open file parameter of the API.
