Not authorized to move spooled file.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The user does not have the correct authority to move the spooled file.
Recovery . . . : This output queue is defined as DSPDTA(*OWNER), only the owner of the spooled file or a user with spool control authority (SPCAUT(*SPLCTL)) specified in their user profile can change this spooled file to another output queue.
