&1 entries deleted. &2 entries not deleted from job queue &3 in library &4.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Entries from the queue may not have been cleared for one of the following reasons:
1) The entry represented a transferring interactive job;
2) Job related resources for the entry are not available;
3) Another process allocated the queue while it was being cleared and prevented this process from reallocating it to finish the clearing operation.
Recovery . . . : In the first case above, it may be possible to cancel a transferring interactive job and thus remove it from the queue. This can be done by using WRKJOBQ and ending the job using option 4.
The second and third cases can be corrected by waiting for resources to become available.
When the corrections have been completed, try the command again.
