Cannot change writer &1 to output queue &4 in library &5.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Writer &3/&2/&1 was not changed because the output queue was in use by another writer or not accessible at the time the change was attempted. A value of '*N in *N' for the output queue name indicates that the output queue has been destroyed.
Recovery . . . : Use the WRKOUTQ command to determine if the output queue is available. If the output queue is available and not in a primary or secondary auxiliary storage pool (ASP), try the command again. If the output queue is in a primary or secondary ASP, the output queue may not be in the library name space of the writer job. To change to this output queue, end the writer (ENDWTR) and restart it (STRPRTWTR) making sure that the ASP group containing this output queue has been set (SETASPGRP) for the thread which starts the writer.
