Output queue &1 deleted and then created again.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Output queue &1, for a device, was damaged. Output queue &1 in library QUSRSYS was deleted and created again to spool output files for device &1.
Recovery . . . : All attributes of output queue &1 in library QUSRSYS now have default values. You may want to change the attribute values to reflect the values of output queue &1 before it was damaged and then deleted. Use the change output queue (CHGOUTQ) command to do this.
