Separator exit program &1 in library &2 not found or user is not authorized.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Either the separator exit program was not found or the user did not have the correct authority to the separator exit program &1 in library &2.
Recovery . . . : Obtain the correct authority from the security officer or the owner of the separator exit program &1 in library &2. If the separator exit program &1 in library &2 cannot be found, use the command CHGDEVPRT to change the separator exit program specified in device description &3 and try the request again.
