Message : CPF3492
Not authorized to spooled file.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The user does not have the correct authority to the spooled file.
Recovery . . . : Obtain the correct authority from the security officer or the owner of the output queue where the spooled file resides and try the request again. If the output queue is defined as DSPDTA(*OWNER), only the owner of the spooled file or a user with spool control authority (SPCAUT(*SPLCTL)) specified in their user profile can change the output queue of the spooled file, or display, copy, or send the spooled file. This does not affect authorization needed to display the attributes of a spooled file, or to delete, release, or hold a spooled file. If the output queue is not defined as DSPDTA(*OWNER), the user has authority to the spooled file if one or more of the following is true:
-- The user is the owner of the spooled file.
-- The user has spool control authority (SPCAUT(*SPLCTL)).
-- The user has job control authority (SPCAUT(*JOBCTL)) and the output queue where the spooled file resides is operator controllable (OPRCTL(*YES)).
-- The user has *READ, *ADD, and *DLT authorities to the output queue where the spooled file resides and the queue is defined as AUTCHK(*DTAAUT).
-- The user is the owner of the output queue where the spooled file resides and the queue is defined as AUTCHK(*OWNER).
-- For the DSPSPLF, CPYSPLF, or SNDNETSPLF commands, *READ authority to an output queue defined as DSPDTA(*YES) is also sufficient.
