Value specified in input data is not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An incorrect value at offset &1 into the input data was specified. The length of the incorrect value is &2 bytes. The reason code is &3. The following are reason codes and their definitions.
1 - The format of object name field is not correct.
2 - The object name field is not correct.
3 - The offset is not correct.
4 - The displacement is not correct.
5 - The length is not correct.
6 - A reserved field is not set to binary zero.
7 - The attribute value data type is not correct.
8 - The number of entries or values is not correct.
9 - The library name is not correct.
Recovery . . . : Correct the problem based on the reason code and try the request again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The incorrect value is &4.
