Output queue &1 in &2 not changed due to errors.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An error occurred while trying to change output queue &1 in library &2. The reason code is &3. The reason codes and their meanings are:
01 - The object or library was not found for the user defined object, the user driver program, or the user data transform.
02 - A user data transform cannot be specified when host print transform is *YES.
03 - A user driver program or a user data transform cannot be specified when remote system is *NONE.
Recovery . . . : Correct the errors and then try the request again.
