Cause . . . . . : You cannot use this command when commitment control is active.
Recovery . . . : Either use the exit key to exit the function you were running before this message was displayed and then try the command again, or try the command when commitment control is not active.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The CRTAPAR command accesses the Problem Log when including Problem Log records with the APAR data. If commitment control is already active, the Problem Log will be rolled-back and all changes not committed would be lost. The SNDSRVRQS and SNDPTFORD commands also access the Problem Log data base and similar results could occur. The user must not execute these commands while already processing the Problem Log under his current process.
