File name &4 not valid for PTF &1-&2 &3.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : One of the following occurred:
-- File name &4 is already being used by another PTF.
-- File name &4 does not match the name already reserved for this PTF
-- File name for &1-&2 &3 must be Q + &2.
Recovery . . . : Use the QPZGENNM API to generate a valid name for this PTF, rename the save file to the name generated, then try the request again. If the save file is not renamed, the information on DSPPTF will not be valid.
