Volume name in FROMDEV device same as TOVOL parameter value.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The name of the volume loaded in the FROMDEV device is the same name specified on the TOVOL parameter. When copying PTFs to the same device, the source volume and TOVOL parameters must be different to prevent overwriting the original medium.
Recovery . . . : Change the TOVOL parameter to a different value, and then try the request again.
