Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : One of the following occurred:
-- Member name &7 is already being used by another PTF.
-- Member name &7 does not match the name already reserved for this PTF cover letter.
-- The member name for the cover letter for PTF &1-&2 &3 is not named correctly.
Recovery . . . : Use the QPZGENNM API to generate a valid name for this PTF cover letter, rename the member to the correct name, then try the request again. If this is not done, the information on DSPPTF will not be valid.
