Object &1 type &2 in &3 not found.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Data area &1 is required when the value *ALLUSR, *IBM, or *NONSYS is specified for the SAVLIB parameter on the RSTLIB command and VOL(*SAVVOL) is specified.
Recovery . . . : If the data area &1 exists in another library, use the Move Object (MOVOBJ) command to move data area &1 to library QSYS. Otherwise, use the CRTDTAARA command to create data area &1 in library QSYS. Change the VOL parameter to specify either all the volumes required for the file or to (*MOUNTED). Then, try the command again.
