&2 &1 not restored to library &3.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : &2 was saved in a freed state so the object on the media contains only the object definition. Restoring &2 &1 will remove the object data from the system.
Recovery . . . : Use the DLTOBJ command to delete &2 &1, or use the RSTLIB parameter to restore the object to another library, or restore a version of &2 &1 that was not saved in a freed state.
