Message : CPF3785
Not all subsystems ended.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : All subsystems must be ended to run this save or restore command. If all subsystems do not end, then a job such as a group job or secondary job running in the controlling subsystem may be preventing a subsystem from ending.
Recovery . . . :
If you are restoring authorities using the RSTAUT command, then either internal system objects could not be created or used, or prestart jobs needed to run RSTAUT on a system that is not dedicated could not be started. Do one of the following:
-- Try the request later with the system not dedicated. Objects that were in use may be available later.
-- Specify ENDSBS(*ALL) or ENDSYS and wait for all subsystems to end. Try the request again.
Otherwise, specify ENDSBS(*ALL) or ENDSYS and wait for all subsystems to end. The ENDSBS(*ALL) or ENDSYS command ends most activity on the system and leaves the system in a condition in which only the console is active in the controlling subsystem. For more information about the ENDSBS and ENDSYS commands see the CL topic collection in the Programming category in the IBM i Information Center book, http://www.ibm.com/systems/i/infocenter/. After all subsystems have ended, try the request again.
