Cause . . . . . : The value *NOCMTBDY specified on the save active wait time (SAVACTWAIT) parameter is not allowed with the specified target release (TGTRLS).
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, and try the request again:
-- Do not specify *NOCMTBDY on the save active wait time (SAVACTWAIT) parameter.
-- Specify a different value on the target release (TGTRLS) parameter.
