Cause . . . . . : The value specified for the spooled file data (SPLFDTA) parameter is not allowed with the specified target release (TGTRLS).
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, and try the request again:
-- Specify *NONE for the spooled file data (SPLFDTA) parameter.
-- Specify a different value for the target release (TGTRLS) parameter.
