Cause . . . . . : You cannot save the Traditional Chinese master or active sort table to a release earlier than V3R1M0.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the request again:
-- Specify TGTRLS(*CURRENT).
-- Specify a release value of V3R1M0 or later on the TGTRLS parameter.
