Damaged object &2 &1 not restored.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : &2 &1 in library &3 was damaged on the system before the restore operation started. One of the following occurred:
-- The damaged object could not be restored. Damaged objects of type LIB, JRN, JRNRCV, JOBQ, OUTQ, USRPRF, and FILE (database file only) could not be restored.
-- The damaged object could not be deleted and then restored by the restore operation.
Recovery . . . : Do the following and try the request again:
1 - Press F10 or use the Display Job Log (DSPJOBLOG) command to see the previously listed messages to determine the cause of the deletion failure.
2 - Delete the object.
