Cannot restore active sort table to the current release.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The Traditional Chinese active sort table was saved on a release prior to V3R1M0 and is incompatible with the current system.
Recovery . . . : To create the correct active sort table, do the following:
1 - Restore the corresponding master sort table QCGMSTRC.
2 - Use CGU to update the active sort table.
