Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the request again:
-- Specify an end date that is after the start date on the CHGPERIOD parameter.
-- Specify an end time that is after the start time on the CHGPERIOD parameter.
-- Specify *ALL for start time, end time, and end date on the CHGPERIOD parameter if *LASTSAVE is specified for the start date.
-- Do not specify a start time on the CHGPERIOD parameter if *ALL is specified for the start date.
-- Do not specify an end time on the CHGPERIOD parameter if *ALL is specified for the end date.
