Incorrect level of save/restore index.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The internal index that contains a list of objects being saved or restored is not at the expected level.
Recovery . . . : Delete the index by doing one of the following:
-- End all subsystems and then attempt to save or restore an object.
-- IPL the system.
After the index is deleted, the next save or restore operation will create the index at the correct level.
