Prestart job failed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A prestart job that was being used to restore authorities for one or more user profiles failed.
Recovery . . . :
The failure may be because subsystem QSYSWRK failed or one or more of the prestart jobs being used to restore authorities was canceled.
Display the job log (DSPJOBLOG command) to determine if the QSYSWRK subsystem failed. Use the work with spooled files (WRKSPLF) command with SELECT(QUSER) specified to find the job logs for the prestart jobs, then display the individual job logs for each prestart job used to determine which prestart jobs failed.
Correct the error and try the restore authority (RSTAUT) request again.
