System library cannot be saved or restored.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : System libraries are not valid for the Save Library (SAVLIB) or Restore Library (RSTLIB) commands. These libraries are QDOC, QDOCxxxx, QRCYxxxxx, QRECOVERY, QRPLOBJ, QRPLxxxxx, QSPL, QSPLxxxx, QSRV, QSYS, QSYSxxxxx and QTEMP. xxxx represents a basic user auxiliary storage pool (ASP) number. xxxxx represents an independent ASP number.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the request again:
-- Use the Save Object (SAVOBJ) or Restore Object (RSTOBJ) command.
-- Specify a different library.
