Cause . . . . . : RSTASP values other than *SAVASP and *SYSASP cannot be used with save media that is from a release level earlier than V5R1M0.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the request again:
-- Specify RSTASP(*SAVASP).
-- Specify RSTASP(*SYSASP).
-- Use a save media from a different release level.
