Records of PTF activity for licensed program are deleted.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The master program temporary fix index (MPTFI) was automatically deleted because it was damaged. The MPTFI contains records of all program temporary fix (PTF) activity for licensed program in library &1.
Recovery . . . : To restore the MPTFI, load the PTFs again (LODPTF command). Any PTFs that were previously applied must be applied again (APYPTF command).
