Limit exceeded for jobs watching for events.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The maximum number of jobs watching for events is 10000. Each command or API that specifies a value for the Watch for message or Watch for LIC log entry or Watch for PAL entry parameter starts a watch session. A command or API tried to start a new watch session when the limit of 10000 watch sessions has been reached.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, then try the command or API again:
1) Use ENDWCH command or End Watch (QSCEWCH) API to end one of the active watch sessions.
2) Wait for one or more watch sessions that watch for trace events to end.
3) Use WRKWCH command to check the active watch sessions and end one or more of them that are not needed anymore.
4) If this is a trace command, do not specify WCHMSG, WCHLICLOG or WCHPAL parameters.
